This year’s event is expected to be bigger than ever, with 5 shows running across the 2 days! The five shows conclude of the B2B Marketing Expo, Sales Innovation Expo, Call & Contact Centre, B2C Marketing & Advertising Expo and Marketing Technology Expo running.

These events are running alongside each other at the Excel Exhibition Centre, and FIVE CRM are proud sponsors of the Sales Innovation Expo, B2B Marketing Expo and Call & Contact Centre. There will be all kinds of presentations, talks and workshops going on throughout the two days, providing invaluable information about all things sales and marketing – and admission is totally free!

So, what’s happening?

The interconnected events, are taking place at London’s Excel Exhibition Centre on the 21st and 22nd  March, between the hours of 10am and 5pm on both days.

The expos are a great opportunity for informal networking, catching up with what’s new and exciting in the sales and marketing sphere, and for the talks and workshops that will be running throughout both days. Across these events, there will be up to 700 exhibitors, 200 masterclass seminars, and 500 talks led by experts with in each field.

It brings us great pride to announce that FIVE CRM will be represented on stage by two brilliant speakers; Tom Gatten and Steve Sullivan.

Tom Gatten

We will be represented at the Sales Innovation Expo by the accomplished Tom Gatten. Tom is a founder of GrowthIntel, the business at the forefront of AI-enabled marketing. GrowthIntel’s AIs help clients including American Express, FedEx, Groupon and the Western Union, direct their telemarketing at companies more likely to convert and tailor messaging to SMEs automatically.

Tom will share lessons learned from putting AI into practice for prioritising telemarketing activity at Vitality – one of the most successful outbound B2B sales and marketing operations in the UK.

The session will cover real-life examples of implementing AI for large-scale B2B operations, what results to expect and how to measure ROI, best practices for becoming AI-ready, and why adopting AI makes sense for high-velocity outbound telesales and telemarketing.

Steve Sullivan

Steve will be speaking at the B2B Marketing Expo. Channel Doctors’ founder, Steve Sullivan, has 20 years’ experience of solution design and delivery in customer experience and contact centres. This has included working with a variety of brands such as American Express, Ageas, Abel & Cole, Land Rover, Marks & Spencer, The Guardian and Burberry.

As Deputy Chair of the UK Direct Marketing Association (www.dma.org.uk) Contact Centre Council and lead for its Regulation Hub, Steve has developed a detailed, pragmatic understanding of current and future data protection regulation in the customer management space. This has been further enhanced through membership of the Direct Marketing Association’s GDPR Taskforce. Steve is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing (www.theidm.com) and is currently developing course content for its Certificate in GDPR and ePrivacy.
